In-Person Coaching
Every individual starts with a functional assessment that examines mobility, flexibility, and strength balance. From there we take a deep dive into your goals to figure out what YOU truly need to be successful. It is my top priority that every individual leave the lab as a stronger human, in all facets of life. If at the end of the initial process, I don’t feel that I can get you where you want to be I’ll personally help you find someone who can.
From the initial Assess and Test phase, we move to an Incubation process where I monitor you in person to ensure your movement patterns are safe and effective. This stage can range anywhere from a couple of sessions to weeks of guided in-person training, depending on your needs. This stage includes education to be implemented into your life outside of the gym to maximize success. This education encompasses stress management, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and all other areas of recovery. Your active lifestyle must contain this outside-the-gym habit implementation because this is where the real magic happens. Adaptation occurs when our bodies are given the proper rest and recovery.
Next comes Titration. At this point in your journey, you have gained the skills to move outside the gym autonomously. I’ll still be here to program workouts through an easy-to-use app, check on lifestyle habits, and track progress. You’re just one step further on your journey to self-reliance. In-person visits to the lab are still a part of this stage, just less frequently. Along the way, we will reassess and test your progress to have an objective look at progress.
The final stage is Solution. Here you have reached the goal of self-reliance. You now have the skills to move appropriately, dose your own training needs, and navigate all things nutrition, stress, and recovery related. In this stage, you do have the option to continue remote coaching to move the needle towards increased capacity to tackle even bigger summits, and I hope you do!
Online Coaching
If life is too hectic to make it into the lab on a regular basis or we’re out of physical reach the option of remote coaching is available. Being a nightshift, healthcare worker myself I know the struggle of packing all the things into a busy schedule. I will help you prioritize sleep, nutrition and movement with a hectic schedule through an easy to use application. Your goals will still be at the forefront of all programming decisions as well as frequent access to your coach. The method will still be the same, the execution will just look a little different.
